Event Checklist

Every event comes with a built-in planning checklist to help you organize everything step by step. The checklist tracks your progress and automatically marks tasks as complete when you perform the corresponding action.

  1. Open any event from Events.
  2. Click the Checklist tab in the event sub-navigation.

You will see a progress bar showing how many tasks are complete, followed by tasks grouped into four categories: Setup, Content, Marketing, and Logistics.

Each new event is seeded with 18 planning tasks:

Tip: You don’t need to check off these tasks manually — the platform detects when you’ve completed the action and updates the checklist automatically.

  1. Click + Add Task at the top of the checklist.
  2. Enter a task name and select a category.
  3. Click Create.

Custom tasks can be checked off manually and deleted. System tasks cannot be deleted.

If you use Trello, Todoist, or Microsoft To Do, you can export your checklist to those apps.

  1. Click Export to apps at the top of the checklist.
  2. The checklist is sent to all enabled project management integrations.
  3. Each app receives the full task list — completed items are marked as done.

Note: You must first enable the integration in Settings -> Integrations and provide your API credentials.

Checklist task names are displayed in your active language (English or French). Custom tasks you add are stored in the language you typed them in.
