Google Forms Integration Setup

Go to Settings → Integrations and enable Google Forms. Note the Webhook Secret — you’ll need it in Step 3.

In the plugin config, set the field mapping JSON to match your Google Form question labels:

{
"Email Address": "email",
"Full Name": "name",
"Company": "company"
}

Step 3: Add Apps Script to Your Google Form

Section titled “Step 3: Add Apps Script to Your Google Form”
  1. Open your Google Form
  2. Click the three-dot menu → Script editor
  3. Paste this code:
function onFormSubmit(e) {
var responses = {};
var itemResponses = e.response.getItemResponses();
for (var i = 0; i < itemResponses.length; i++) {
responses[itemResponses[i].getItem().getTitle()] = itemResponses[i].getResponse();
}
var payload = {
secret: 'YOUR_WEBHOOK_SECRET',
responses: responses,
form_id: e.source.getId(),
timestamp: new Date().toISOString()
};
UrlFetchApp.fetch('https://YOUR_DOMAIN/webhooks/google-forms/YOUR_EVENT_ID', {
method: 'post',
contentType: 'application/json',
payload: JSON.stringify(payload)
});
}
  1. Replace:

    • YOUR_WEBHOOK_SECRET with the secret from Step 1
    • YOUR_DOMAIN with your platform domain
    • YOUR_EVENT_ID with the event ID
  2. Click Triggers (clock icon) → Add Trigger:

    • Function: onFormSubmit
    • Event type: On form submit
  3. Save and authorize

Submit a test response in your Google Form. Check the event’s registrations page — a new registration should appear within seconds.
