Organization Settings

Go to Settings → Organization to manage:

• Organization Name and Slug — Note: changing the slug changes your subdomain URL.
• Logo — Used in emails and the event portal.
• Default Currency — Set from 23 supported currencies. Affects how ticket prices are displayed and charged.
• Default Timezone — Pre-fills the timezone when creating events.
• Default Locale — Sets whether new events default to English or French communications.

User Profile & Notification Preferences

To update your profile:

1. Click your avatar (top-right) and select Profile.
2. Update your name, email, password, avatar, bio, and preferred language.
3. Under Appearance, choose your preferred:
   • Theme — Light, Dark, or System (auto-matches your OS setting).
   • Layout — Top Navigation or Sidebar.

To manage notification preferences:

1. Go to Profile → Notification Preferences.
2. For each notification type, toggle on or off the channels you want:
   • Email
   • In-App
3. Click Save Preferences.
