Tickets & Pricing

You can have multiple ticket types for a single event — for example, General Admission, VIP, and Early Bird.

  1. Open your event and click the Tickets tab.
  2. Click Add Ticket Type.
  3. Fill in the fields:
    • Name — e.g., “General Admission”
    • Description — Optional short description shown on the registration form.
    • Price — Enter 0 for a free ticket. For paid tickets, enter the price in your configured currency (Pro and Enterprise only).
    • Quantity Available — Leave blank for unlimited.
    • Sales Start / End Date — Optional window during which this ticket is available.
    • Max Per Registration — Limit how many tickets one person can buy at once.
  4. Click Save Ticket Type.

Note: Payment processing requires a Pro or Enterprise plan. On the Free plan, you can only create free tickets. Make sure your Stripe account is connected under Settings → Payments before creating paid tickets.

Each ticket type can have its own capacity limit. When a ticket type sells out, you can optionally enable a waitlist.

  1. Edit a ticket type and check Enable Waitlist.
  2. Attendees who attempt to register after the ticket sells out will be placed on the waitlist automatically.
  3. You can promote waitlisted attendees from Registrations → Waitlist (see the Waitlist page).
