Speaker Portal (Token-Based Access)

Each speaker has access to a private Speaker Portal — a secure, link-based page where they can:

• Review their assigned sessions.
• Update their bio, photo, and social links.
• Download their speaker badge.
• See their public speaker page URL.

To send a speaker their portal link:

1. Open the speaker’s detail page.
2. Click Send Portal Link.
3. The platform sends an email with a unique, time-limited link. The speaker does not need to create an account.

Note: The portal link is valid for 30 days. You can regenerate it at any time.

Public Speaker Page

Every speaker on your event has an automatically generated public page. This page shows their bio, photo, social links, and the sessions they are presenting.

• URL format: /events/{event-slug}/speakers/{speaker-slug}
• Visible once the event is published.
• Linked from the public agenda.
